When you want to be healthy and fit,
workout and exercise are part of the process. Diet alone can't give you a healthy and fit body but you need to move, carry weights and sweat it all out. Combining diet and workout or exercise is a must. But the problem is how to sustain such tiresome routine.

We have been hearing about at least 8 glasses of water
that you should take in a day so that you won't be dehydrated and it's the minimum amount. The problem is, we don't know how big or small that said glass is or the volume it contains. Is it 250 ML or 300 ML per glass? It's never stated.
I bet this is the first time hearing
of such a thing as a "thought box"? Me too, and I just read about it on the web. Sounds weird at first that a store is selling such a thing, but as I read through, I found it amazing somebody thought about it. |
