is a healthy beverage using lemon, ginger, ​cucumber and mint leaves.
Nutritionists say that drinking this regularly
along with some exercise will help eliminate belly fat giving you a sexy and flat stomach. When you got problems with bowel movement, then this will help regulate. No more bloated midsection as they say because your waste won't stay for long in your intestines. So try to prepare this now because it's super easy and the ingredients are found in your kitchen. ​ These are the ingredients: 2 liters of water 1 teaspoon grated ginger (fresh) 1 medium sized lemon, thinly sliced into rounds 1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds 12 small mint leaves ​Preparation: Mix all ingredients in a large pitcher and let the solution sit overnight in the refrigerator. Drink 4-5 glasses everyday. It is recommended to drink this beverage ​in the morning before breakfast for great results. Maybe not all of you agree with this or this Sassy Water doesn't do what it's supposed to do. You can modify this combination if you want. You can use fruits like oranges, apples, berries, grapes, etc. You can make it all fruits or all vegetables or you can combine several fruits and vegetables until you get to eliminate more than usual.
