Anjo World Theme Park in Belmont One,
South Road Upper Calajoan Minglanilla, Cebu, Philippines.
Fun rides and Snow World for everyone.
and this theme park located south of the city
is an addition to its list of tourists' attractions.
Anjo World is a welcoming destination for every Cebuano
who has been dreaming of a theme park
complete with various rides
much like the ones in Metro Manila.
All these years, we only get to ride in temporary carnivals
during the Holidays up to Sinulog Festival in January,
and also during Fiestas in various parts of the province of Cebu.
Now that a theme park finally opens,
we have more to be thankful for
because we don't have to go to Metro Manila
to experience the excitement and the thrill.
of Anjo World Theme Park,
a dream adventure for Filipinos
who have never gone abroad to experience snow.
It's very cold at -20C,
and management has reminded its customers
that those who have fever, hypertension, asthma, colds and flu
are strictly prohibited to enter the building.
Customers are advised to wear thick jackets
which are provided for free at the entrance,
and for extra protection,
anyone can purchase gloves, face masks or ear covers
all available still at the entrance.
Once inside, there's a holding area
where everyone is reminded again of the rules
like refraining from touching the ice sculptures inside
because there are many and they're fragile
and you will have to pay for any damage you cause.
There's a slide inside from the 2nd floor
down to the 1st level and it's on ice too.
And taking pictures or videos inside
using your smartphone or any camera you have
is strictly prohibited.
If you want to preserve your adventure inside Snow World,
there are photographers waiting for you
for a fee of 200 pesos per pic.
and for me it was extreme
that prolonged stay would cause me my health.
I felt my nose and parts of my face numb,
and since I wasn't wearing gloves, mask and ear covers,
I felt the extreme cold and it was no longer tolerable within an hour
that I kept my hands under the thick jacket most of the time.
For guys like me who couldn't tolerate that much cold,
there's an emergency exit on the side
that you can just slip through the transparent plastic curtains
and then go on out the building.
It was a great experience for me actually,
and I highly recommend it to everyone
who haven't gone abroad to experience extreme cold.
which is a Food Park inside the complex.
Indulge in a variety of food products
to keep you going with your adventures the whole day.
has a huge parking space for all vehicles
that it surely accommodates by the hundreds.
