Good day my friend! Welcome to One Friendship Earth. Glad you're here. Hope you're gonna have a good time. One Friendship Earth is created to help everyone connect to the rest of the world.
Friendship is a good start especially
when we are bounded by our differences
in color, race, religion, language, culture and tradition,
socio-economic status, sexual preferences, etc.
Help eliminate these walls and divisions
separating mankind from one another.
Make friends with the world
and the world will be so much better!
Do you know how many friends you have?
Can you count them all?
If you can,
then that means you only have a few.
But for people who have so many,
they can never count.
They're like the grains of sand
found along the shore of the sea,
or the twinkling stars in the heavens.
How fortunate we all are to have friends
who are real treasures!
Besides our family,
they are very much needed in our journey
through this ever-challenging life
to be able to travel more smoothly and steadily
without ever giving up or stopping.
From childhood on
they exist to be our companions
in everywhere we go and in everything we do.
We share our lives with them
and time comes when they become much like
our very own families.
That's how everything progresses
as each day passes
and our relationship with them becomes much closer
and closer that they become
a cherished part of our whole being.
And even though we consider our family
to be everything to us already,
we still need friends in a lot of ways
most especially when our family is not there.
They tend to be the ones we turn to
when nobody else is around,
they are the ones who are readily able
to give us anything we need.
At times we disagree with them,
but that's all part of the relationship.
And each argument makes
for a stronger relationship ahead.
Nothing's perfect,
and this imperfection pushes us
to make better of every relationship that we have
including our relationship with friends.
We need them and in turn,
they need us.
Our world and our lives will never be
the same in their absence.
No one is an island,
and everyone needs a companion.
That is what we all are.
We were not born alone,
and we were never created alone.
We live and exist with a lot of people besides us,
and we can't make it without them all.
No matter how good or wise we become,
we can never make it alone.
Everything that we are is not perfect,
and that makes us vulnerable and weak to anything.
We can never survive with all our strength alone.
We have to depend in other people too.
Even the greatest and the mightiest king
relies heavily on his army.
We can be so wise but still
we have to take notes of the wisdom of other people
for we will never know everything
there is to know.
The wisdom that we will ever have in our lifetimes,
even if we reach a thousand years old,
doesn't amount to anything at all
to the wisdom that God has.
Ours will just be a speck of dust
in the whole universe!
And even if we feel we are strong enough,
there are still others out there
who are surely stronger than we are.
We can never be that confident!
That's why in our struggles through life
we must look for friends all the time
especially those who have good intentions
and who are good influences.
Bad company pretty ruins good character,
and bad friends will just leave us
when they already have used us
in their selfish ways.
They never remain long.
They always leave and vanish
without a trace most of the time.
So we have to be very careful
in choosing friends.
We may get the wrong ones,
but as soon as we know
they are not the right ones for us,
then we should be the very first to leave.
Every moment spent with the wrong guys
makes for a lifetime of regrets.
But how are we as friends?
When someone needs us,
are we there right away?
And how ready are we to help?
These and other similar questions
matter most in friendship
for friendship should always be
a strong and solid relationship
much like family.
Our goals should be to make a neighborhood
or community where peace,
love, harmony and unity exist.
No one should be above another.
Everyone is equal to everyone else.
And each is a father, a mother,
a brother or a sister to all.
We may have differences
but we can easily make up for them.
It's hard at first,
but our sincerity in creating friendships
makes it easier and uncomplicated.
We live in a vast world of people
amounting to billions in number.
And it certainly is a big number to consider.
Apart from that,
our distances to each other
is one big problem.
Each place or country we are in molds
and shapes us in many ways
different to anyone half the world away.
Our colors vary much.
Some are white,
others are brown.
There are blacks
and those that are yellow.
There are a lot of languages spoken,
and if there's no interpreter,
we can never understand each other.
Beside those,
one culture varies much from another
and there are so many cultures all over.
And the variety of religion in the planet
remains a tough one to address.
So with all these differences,
are we going to have a heavenly future ahead?
Certainly yes,
for our final destiny
is a heavenly earth!
But for now,
we should remain
in making good of ourselves
and doing good to our fellow.
Remember that everything good
we long for in this world
always starts from within ourselves.
Our every action makes
for our very future.
And no matter how long
we are gonna achieve that heavenly world,
we will never give up.
We will never quit.
There may be times
when we will fail,
but that's just a part of it all.
Make our failures a lesson
to never fail in time to come.
If ever we fall down,
we can always get back up and continue.
Remember to long for the light
at the end of the tunnel,
reach for the star that seems unreachable
and do things deemed impossible.
Let's make this a better world
and start now.
Best wishes!
