You can do push-ups, squats, leg extensions and jumps. You can even do planks and crunches in more ways. Exercises using bench tone your arms and legs and practically your whole body. You won't be needing a big space to perform all these. Your living room will be the perfect space and if you want, take the bench outdoors with you and exercise in the backyard or garden. Just few square meters of space will suffice. ​ You can even do walking or jogging in a small space going forward and backwards and from side to side. You don't have to be in a sports center to walk or jog.

these exercises are exciting and at the same time, fat-burning and muscle-toning because your body weight itself is a heavy weight much like dumb bells and barbells and other weights found in fitness gyms. Expect great results in few days and you will see a new and better, fitter and more toned you in no time. Every time you do these bench exercises don't forget to have a large towel with you for the flow of sweat all over your body will never stop even minutes after you're done. You'll be losing body fluids every second so make sure to drink water once in a while. But make sure that it's not cold water for it could harm your body. Drink warm or hot water that is tolerable so it couldn't do damage to the tissues in your throat and esophagus. But if you can't handle warm or hot water, just drink water at room temperature but never straight out of the fridge! ​ Remember we're warm-blooded, so drinking something cold could disrupt the normal processes in our bodies.
