You want to exercise and try to workout,
but you feel it's hard, so what to do?
Doing exercises and lifting weights are very hard to do
especially for beginners, if you're used to lounging around, or your work makes you sit for hours and if you're not used to sweating because you're always in air-conditioned rooms. And if you're someone who hates being sweaty smelly and messy all over, you need to change your outlook and start loving exercises before it's too late. Exercise is for your overall health and wellbeing. But there are things that are like doing workouts already because you're exerting much effort and lasting for hours and not forgetting all the sweat you'll be making. If you're a housewife, a homebody or one who doesn't go out, try doing all the household chores by yourself. Clean the house, do the laundry, wash the dishes, arrange the furnitures and fixtures or prepare the meals for the day. These are great routines to have that can help you in your fitness. They can make you sweat a lot and if you do them on a daily basis, it will surely shape you up better. Even cleaning your clutter or organizing your closet will do you good because you'll be doing it for tens of minutes or even hours so you're assured of sweating tons the whole time. And if you have a garden around the house, try tending to your plants by watering each one, grab a bolo to cultivate the soil and pull out all those unwanted grasses that mess with the plants.
Try walking.
Walking is always the easiest to do and you can choose your pace whether slow or fast and you can do it anywhere you want even just inside your house. And better, do it around parks or sports centers where there is a wide open space to accommodate a lot of people at any given time. ​And you won't get tired or bored that easy because you're not alone, there's so many of you, you got a lot of company who want to exercise and sweat. You can spend hours walking because it's not so tiring and it can help you lose ​​those unwanted fats over time. ​And never forget to couple your exercises with the healthiest diet possible because you can achieve your desired body faster. All those are routines that don't require you to pull or raise some weights and can even do them in your leisure time but potentially make you fit and lose fats. And they're not hard work. They will make you spend so much less time sitting around doing nothing. Ditch that sedentary lifestyle now!
