​This one is a sure fun way to practice with friends,
and it's the human Ferris Wheel. ​
​It says it's Acroyoga,
or combining Yoga with Acrobatics.​ Yoga is a form of exercise or discipline for physical, mental and spiritual alleviation and acrobatics are stunts performed with physical strength, balance, agility like those in gymnastics and circus. The human Ferris wheel requires strength, balance and timing so that it moves steadily and performers ​don't fall down. It's fun and it's beneficial at the same time. It's a great exercise to do and a spectacle to watch.
