​Health is all wealth
and if you have it, then you're very wealthy.
It involves the physical, mental,
social and spiritual. Having no disease or ailment does not make you healthy entirely if you are depressed, if you don't get along well with others, if you don't enjoy life, if you can't cope with stress, if you don't acknowledge the role of God in your life, etc. Diet, exercise, positive outlook, goodness, a happy, cheerful attitude and so many more work in concert and contribute to health and wellbeing. ​ Rich or poor, young or old, having good health is a must. It will let you enjoy life more, do more tasks or chores without getting tired easily and all work gets done in time. You can sleep soundly at night and get up the following day alert and ready to face the challenges. You will be exerting and exhaling positive energy to the people around you and even to the places you go to. ​Having a complete or 100 percent health is impossible to achieve because it means you are perfect already or someone like the gods. But the closer you are to perfect health, the better. Thinking about avoiding junk foods, eliminating fats in your diet is already making you lose your nerve. How much more of exercise, of going to the gym and sweating. It's placing health farther away from your reach. But if you don't do some of those, then health becomes totally impossible.
These are some tips for health and wellbeing:
1. Drink warm water and avoid cold Your body is warm because humans are warm-blooded that's why warm water keeps it that way. Cold water disrupts the processes of your body. 2. Eat fruits and vegetables They are full of nutrients and fiber. 3. Drink soft drinks occasionally They contain too much sugar. 4. Drink alcohol moderately, responsibly and occasionally 5. Don't smoke Bad for your lungs and nicotine stains your teeth. 6. Never do drugs They will make you lose your mind. 7. Exercise everyday You don't have to go to the gym or lift heavy weights. A walk or a jog that makes you sweat will do. Doing all the household chores like laundry, cooking, dishwashing, cleaning the house, etc. will do so much for your fitness and health. 8. Be positive in everything you do 9. Limit your consumption of meat If possible, eat more fish. 10. Mind your own business Minding your own business won't get you into trouble and gives you peace of mind. 11. Have a massage An hour at a spa does good for you or hire someone to massage you at home. Massage takes away all your stresses and revitalize you in many ways. 12. Watch a feel-good movie or TV series These movies or TV shows make you feel good after. 13. Spend time with friends once in a while Friends are like family and they make you smile and laugh and make you happy. 14. Be patient Being patient is hard to do or learn, but once you're into it, you know how good it does for you; you will never get angry, you will never be stressed and you'll always in a good mood. 15. Go to church and attend the Holy Mass Going to church and attending Holy Mass brings you closer to God giving you strength in whatever you do, erasing your worries and fears making you feel so much better. Everything you do, as long as you know it's positive, will be good for you and will give you good health. Do all the good things in this world and all the good things will come right back at you.
