Workout and exercise are hard to do and endure
because they often involve weights and repetitions of routines. A good session lasts at least half an hour and it's strenuous, time-consuming and tiring.
You get sweaty and messy all over
and you get tired and stressed and suffering some pains. There is also the possibility of injuries to your muscles and joints if not done properly. Many are eager to lose weight or get a toned and fit body but only few survive. Doing it in the gym along with some members can help boost your determination to exercise and workout. It's not the same when you do it alone because you get bored easily without some company. Working out and exercise can be done at home if you have the equipments like dumb bells, barbells, kettle bells, balls, ropes, tread mills, bikes, etc. and even without them, you can still execute your routines by using your very own body weight just like doing push-ups, squats, jogging and walking. You don't need a big space to execute the routines but if you want, do them in sports centers or open fields where there's plenty of space. Workout and exercise take time to see results so you have to be patient. But if you can't help being impatient, speed up the results by sporting a healthy diet of vegetables and fruits and avoiding fatty foods.
Sporting a healthy diet is another hard endeavor
and it's even harder than doing the routines because you can't just stay away that easy from fried foods, junk foods and fast foods. You can't just snob ice cream and chocolates. A little rice or no rice at all every meal won't satisfy you, and it may even make you suffer the hunger. But as gym-fit guys and health buffs say, "no pain, no gain" or no suffering, no results. So if your goals are ripped abs, isolated biceps and triceps and strong, defined legs, do them all and endure. Hold on to these goals for as long as you live and you'll achieve them. And don't forget to listen to your favorite music while doing your routines. Music that's fast or upbeat or tracks that make you wanna dance. It helps a lot to get you going. Don't listen to ballads or love songs or some jazzy beats because they don't energize and uplift you. Instead, they make you gloomy and sad. And before I forget, drink plenty of water because you're losing body fluids during routines. But never drink cold water. Period. Only drink warm to hot water that you can tolerate so it doesn't harm the tissues in your throat and esophagus. We humans are warm-blooded so we have to keep it that way. Cold water disrupts the processes going on in our bodies like when you drink it during or right after exercise. So avoid cold water or other cold beverages. It could be fatal. There were some who drank cold water during or right after playing basketball who collapsed and never recovered. Save yourself.
