the more humble you should be
and the more people you should help.
you should think about all these
so that you will not be puffed up
with ego and pride
and when you acknowledge them all,
you will become humble.
When you're business is a big success,
it will give you so much in life
that you will live comfortably
and you can afford
all the good things.
But don't credit the success
of your business to yourself alone.
You have your workers
and your customers to credit.
Business is like a tree
which is made up of the roots,
the trunk, the branches
and the leaves and flowers.
Each part has its own duties,
has its own job to do
to make the whole tree.
The part that the roots do
is something the other parts
can't do by themselves.
And so with all the other parts.
And each part relies on the other parts
to stay alive
and each part contributes
to the life of the whole tree.
If one part is missing,
then the tree will never be,
and it will die in no time.
If you don't have workers
to help you out,
then you're business
will never grow.
It will be stuck where you started.
And if you don't have customers,
then there's no money for you
and all your efforts are wasted.
And if your products or services
are not good
and customers don't like them,
you might as well shut your business down
for it will not last for long.
The whole point in this
is that if you're the owner,
if you're the businessman,
think about your workers
all the time.
Be good and generous always
especially with their salaries.
If possible,
give to them all the benefits
a worker should have,
like in social security,
health, housing, etc.
And always acknowledging
that your business can never be
without them,
and you yourself
can't live without them.
The bigger your business becomes,
the richer you will be,
and the more people
you should be generous to.
Your generosity
should not end with your workers,
if possible,
extend to the poor people around you
even if they don't work for you.
Then you will be blessed more
than you can ever think.
There's no such thing as doing it alone,
or achieving something alone by yourself.
There's always people around you
who are making it possible for you.
Even if you're intelligent and skillful
and shrewd and cunning and keen, etc.,
your abilities will never be enough.
You still have to seek the help of other people.
Remember that you're not God,
you're only human, not perfect to work alone.
So the next time you look in the mirror,
say to yourself that because of so many people,
you achieve great things and become rich.
And always acknowledge that you can never make it alone.
