and cats too
and we can live together with them
in the same house.
is fun and enjoyable
although they can be annoying at times
and messy when there's clutter.
As long as they don't make me
spend much money for their food
and everything else
I'm okay with them around.
What I'm not okay about is
when I have to spend for their food
especially those expensive dog and cat foods.
You have to feed them at least twice a day
and that costs a lot.
Besides that,
supplements like vitamins are provided for them
or they will not last very long.
I can't bear to spend my money on pets
and if I want one,
then I would have to own the local breed
of dogs and cats
that eat leftovers at my table.
My conscience hurts spending for the animals
because there's so many poor people
who don't eat as much as I do.
Even if I will have so much money with me,
still my conscience bothers me.
I have to take care of my fellow first
before I take care of any animal.
I don't condemn those who pay for animal welfare
and buying special foods
and taking them to the veterinary
because it's there choice
and I don't judge them for that.
But for me,
I prefer to give the money to the poor
than spending it for the animals.
As long as there are poor people around me,
I will never take care of those breed
that don't eat my leftovers.
Sad to know that there are rich
who pet expensive breeds of dogs or cats
and spending a fortune
but they can't even give good compensation
and good living conditions for their employees
who are taking care of those expensive breeds.
How fortunate for the pets
and how miserable for the caretakers!
Humans are higher beings than animals
no matter what happens.
And if anyone treats any fellow lower than animals,
then I don't know what future holds for him.
