What Being Sick Means
Times when we don't feel well
and it ruins our day
making us inefficient or unproductive.
We can't help but
just lounge around
or sleep the whole time.
Then we resort to healthy diets
of fruits and vegetables
coupling it with exercise or workout.
We take medicines to cure our ailments,
and we use ointments and liniments
to ease our pains.
And if possible,
We go to doctors for any disease
that may afflict us
or to know what's going on
in our bodies
so they can take care of us and heal us
knowing that they are
the authority for healing.
But true healing
comes from within.
Being sick means
we have sinned much already
that's why our bodies
are no longer strong enough
to fight the germs and other microbes.
Our bodies were built with
all things positive and good,
so every time we do wrong and commit mistakes,
they automatically mean negative elements
making a direct clash
against our positive bodies.
So when they collide,
they alter the smooth-flowing positive energies
producing diseases and pains.
That's why true healing also targets the spiritual
and not just the physical.
If you have a religion, like most people,
practicing religion is a key element to good health.
Connecting ourselves with the Divine
always mean getting the positive and healing energies.
But if you don't belong to any religion
if you don't believe in God, in a Supreme Being,
in The Almighty Who made Heaven and earth,
then that's a very big problem.
You couldn't possibly be given a healthy and sound body
if you don't acknowledge God's existence.
Every time you don't feel well,
you feel weak or aching,
try to communicate with God first and foremost
before you take medicine or call on the doctor.
Learn to seek the help of God first
because He is the True Great Healer.
Medicines and doctors can heal you,
but God can heal even those sickness and diseases
that are impossible for medicines and doctors.
But do this with faith.
Without it, you can't be healed.
