and think it's already empty,
don't throw it to the garbage yet.
Find some scissors and cut to the side
and you'll find enough to last you up to 6 toothbrushes.
You can't just buy another that easy
especially when you're living in the city
and tight on your budget.
Cutting the toothpaste open will save you a lot.
If possible,
take advantage of sales in malls and department stores.
Groceries too have discounted prices on select products
including toothpaste,
so you might as well grab it and save.
And it gives a refreshing breath too.
Germs easily accumulates in the mouth
in few hours even right after brushing,
so be sure to keep toothpaste around.
You don't wanna be embarrassed around people
by having a foul-smelling breath.
It's a necessity and a big part of health and hygiene.
Brush at least 3 times in a day,
after breakfast, after lunch and after dinner
before going to bed.
By the way,
most of the toothpastes available on shelves in supermarkets
are effective in cleaning the teeth and gums
but when you wake up in the morning,
you still have the usual bad breath
even when you brushed before bedtime the night before.
But do your research and you can find toothpastes
that will give you fresh breath when you wake up in the morning.
One I can recommend is the one with Aloe Vera.
Do your search here.
Cutting your toothpaste open
when you can't squeeze it out will save you money.
And even if you're rich enough
that you can afford to just throw it away that easy,
do it as a matter of conscience
because there are a lot of people who don't brush their teeth,
not because they don't practice oral hygiene,
but simply because they couldn't afford toothpaste.
