Jogging doesn't have to be outdoors, it can be done indoors too.

or inside the comfort of home,
how can one find a way to jog around?
This is easy,
and all we have to do is to make the jog fit in a small space,
and in this case, in just 9 square feet of floor space.
We can have stationary jog
(jogging in one spot without going forward or backward),
jog forward and backward (making 2 steps forward, 2 steps backward),
or jog from side to side.
And we can get the same benefits of jogging outdoors
but without the natural air and the surroundings.
But this exercise really makes us feel good after.
You can also do walking with the same steps
forward, backward or side to side.
This type of jogging or walking in such a small space is good
when you live in a pad or just renting a room.
You will still make a lot of effort and sweating the whole time
like what happens when you do it outdoors.
