Good health is one of the greatest things
anyone must have in this ever-changing world .
Without it makes doing daily routine stressful and a considerable burden.
How do we define good health in the first place?
There are a lot of ways to consider,
and to me I'll stick with the very basic of good health.
Health involves not only the physical aspect of our being,
but also the emotional, mental, social and spiritual.
With the physical, a disease-free or ailment-free body is good health
especially when considering the age.
Teens and adults who are in their 20's
have the best years of their youthful bodies
and mostly active and with only minor or no health issues.
But those who are in their 30's, 40's and beyond
who are disease-free or ailment-free
are those truly considered healthy people
simply because they don't have those health issues
that commonly come with age.
And with that, a big congratulations to all of them!
It's an amazing feat!
But in today's world,
when everyone is surrounded by those
tempting alcoholic drinks and cigarettes,
not to forget about the unhealthy diets all around,
having a sedentary job that involves sitting for hours,
being in top form beyond 30's are a not-so-common thing.
It's simply seldom, if not rare.
It's hard to put out in details the emotional,
mental, social and spiritual side of health and well-being.
But just think about all these:
if you have a very whole and loving family,
if you have a bunch of friends who cares for you,
if you don't have enemies, if your conscience is clear,
if you maintain a good diet, daily exercise and a positive outlook in life,
and if you make a constant sincere and humble communication
with the One And Only Supreme Father of us all,
then you have the keys to good health and well-being.
