Ditching the fan and the air conditioner as well
may sound troubling for most people, but knowing their effect on health and well-being let's them think otherwise.
(This article is not applicable at all to the middle east countries and to other places where the temperatures soar to deadly heights.)
The fan produces a consistent flow of air that freshens up any room anytime of the day. Especially at midday, when the heat of the sun gives an overall feeling of uncomfort and restlessness, the fan cools down the atmosphere and prevents us from excessive sweating to not sweating at all. And it's so much more with the air conditioner. It makes for a cool room that feels like the fridge and undoubtedly makes for a comfortable and relaxing mood all throughout. We can just do our routine of doing our chores like cleaning, laundry and anything else around the house without the hassles of having to sweat all over and smell bad entirely. The number 1 thing about the fan and the air conditioner is that we don't sweat excessively or don't sweat at all. And there goes the problem! Sweating is a great way to remove the toxins in our bodies that should be removed the soonest time possible. It's not a good thing to have them around for long periods of time. Besides urinating and losing through bowel movement, sweating them out is part of cleansing our whole system. But both the electric fan and the air conditioner prevent us from sweating some part or all parts of our bodies. And this is terrible. There are some instances that even if we do some odd jobs around the house that normally make us sweat a lot, the cool room wouldn't let us. We don't even feel hot even if we lift some heavy stuffs. It's wishful thinking that instead of sweating, the toxin will just go to the bladder to be flushed out soon.
Around the city, there are fitness gyms
that work similarly with the number of air conditioners and air coolers throughout the building. Members don't have to be messy all over to work out, for they don't sweat at all. Even if they lift heavy weights, they still feel cool. But this is not the ideal way to exercise and get fit and so become healthy. The ideal gym should have the normal ventilation of considerable number of windows and no fan or air conditioner anywhere inside. The members then can sweat a lot and get rid of toxins in their bodies. There are even some special gyms created to have an oven-like feel inside for they are equipped with fans that produce warm or hot air to maximize sweating. And they receive good feedback from their members. They feel fitter and firmer in less time than in traditional gyms. And the longer they spend in the gym, the more they sweat and the more toxins and wastes they eliminate. And that's good health! And one thing about being used to having the fan or the air conditioner around that a lot of us notice is the easy way we sweat outside when we shouldn't be. Even just by walking a few steps, our bodies warm up. We are used to being in a cool room or environment, that's why when we step out into the sun even for few seconds, we begin to sweat already. And in just few minutes, we become messy and smelly. There are indications that not sweating contribute to high blood pressure because of the build-up of toxins around our bodies that should have been eliminated along with the sweat. We can feel it when we are moving around and doing a lot of things altogether but not sweating even a little. We feel we want to remove the excess fluids but we can't because the room is cool. And there are a lot of places we go to that don't have the cooling comfort, like the churches and parks, so what can we do? Maybe bring along a portable hand fan or use a towel to wipe away the sticky mess. That's all we can do. Maybe it's not right to totally ditch the electric fan and the air conditioner. After all, the companies who make them contribute to the booming economy, providing thousands of jobs and big revenues to the government. Let's just say, there's a proper way to use them. Maybe, if we know that we have done our exercises already and feeling firm and fit, then we can have a fan or an air conditioner around not worrying about not sweating for we already have sweated a lot. Or maybe, just maybe, when we know that we have eaten the healthy diets all throughout the day, then we can have a good night sleep with the fan or the air conditioner put on knowing that we have less toxins in the body today because of the healthy diet. Anyways, it all depends on anyone of us. The main point here is to sweat anytime of the day, whether we do heavy stuffs or do the common chores and never prevent it in all ways. If we feel like sweating, then we should let it happen. We shouldn't care about the mess, the sticky feeling and the smell if we want to have good health.
